The PSLF series consists of single normal beam compression wave contact transducers equipped with a polymer membrane protected face option for 'soft nose' testing applications. Built with circular composite crystals and medium damping for general-purpose use, these transducers ensure excellent acoustic coupling on rough, uneven, or curved test specimens while protecting the crystal face from premature wear.

Circular Composite Crystal: Utilises a circular composite crystal element for enhanced signal sensitivity and penetration.
Polymer Membrane Protection: Features a replaceable soft polymer membrane for ‘soft nose’ applications to optimize coupling on coarse surfaces.
General Purpose Damping: Medium damped design suited for standard ultrasonic testing applications.
Operating Temperature: Rated for operation in environments up to a maximum temperature of 50°C (120°F).
