The Cygnus 4+ General Purpose thickness gauge is a robust, lightweight, multi-mode thickness gauge A robust, lightweight, multi-mode thickness gauge is the Cygnus 4+ General Purpose thickness gauge. It has an easy-to-use menu, sequential data logging for reporting and analysis, and a sunlight-readable display with Live A-scan. The unit can measure the residual wall thickness of high-temperature, operational assets without shutting down or isolating them when used in conjunction with the Cygnus High Temperature Probe. It is perfect for high-temperature, in-service thickness surveys in the refining, oil and gas, energy and process industries as well as plant maintenance, civil engineering, ship inspections and oil and gas facilities.
An advanced ultrasonic gauge for non-destructive thickness measurement with enhanced data features and measurement modes. Its function is to provide verifiable thickness measurements for integrity assessment, even on coated and corroded surfaces.
