The design incorporates a 20mm thick Acrylic window, calibrated vacuum gauge and a dual-layer rubber seal designed to maximise efficiency and reduce operator fatigue. The design has been thoroughly tested in the field in a variety of applications.
Combined pressure relief/release valve prevents over-pressurisation of the vacuum box and ensures fast vacuum release after inspection.
Engineered with a heavy-duty 20mm thick clear Acrylic window for clear viewing, paired seamlessly with a dual-layer rubber seal specifically designed to maximise efficiency and drastically reduce operator fatigue.
Equipped with a calibrated WIKA Mod 232,50,63R pressure gauge featuring a 63mm diameter dial, glycerine-filled, all-stainless-steel construction that complies with ASME V Article 10 requirements.
Fitted with robust handles for easy maneuvering and available in specialized configurations for both Flat/Lap Joints and Inside Corner Joints.
