Tracerco™ Personal Electronic Dosimeter Gen 2 (PED2) is a rugged, compact X-ray and gamma radiation monitor that delivers real-time dose tracking with clear alerts, intuitive controls, and seamless data management. Supplier: Tracerco
Built on more than ten years of real-world user experience, the Tracerco™ Personal Electronic Dosimeter Gen 2 (PED2) stands as a grab-and-go guardian for radiation safety. Engineered for X-ray and gamma ray monitoring, it measures, records, and displays both dose rate and accumulated dose in real time. Equipped with up to four configurable alarm thresholds, the PED2 delivers audible, visual, textual, and haptic alerts, ensuring nothing goes unnoticed.
Its single-button navigation and intuitive carousel-style menu make operation effortless, while the large, high-visibility color display provides crisp, immediate situational clarity. Exposure data is automatically captured and stored in a self-managing memory system, ready to be securely transferred into the Tracerco™ DoseVision™ software.
Within DoseVision™, data becomes easy to visualize, configure, and report — with optional cloud-based services offering secure, auditable, and efficient management of both equipment and worker dose records. Rugged and intelligent, PED2 is designed to protect without complicating.

** Accumulated dose indicated relates to personal dose equivalent Hp(10). Corresponding dose rate indicated relates to personal dose equivalent rate except where plus variants are used in Survey mode where the rate indication is related to the ambient dose equivalent H*(10).
*** Specified batteries must be used for IS variants. See user manual for permitted battery types.
It is a device worn by personnel that measures and records the cumulative radiation dose received over a period, ensuring compliance with occupational radiation safety limits.
IS certification means the device is designed to not ignite a flammable atmosphere (gas, vapor, dust) under normal or fault conditions, making it safe for use in hazardous areas (e.g., refineries).
