Pulsed Eddy Current

Pulsed Eddy Current is a specialized electromagnetic inspection technique designed to detect corrosion and measure wall thickness without needing direct contact with the metal surface. Unlike conventional eddy current, PEC uses a pulsed magnetic field to penetrate through thick insulation, fireproofing, or coatings, making it the premier tool for Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) programs.
